The Nehemiah Project is a registered NGO which has been in existence since 2001. In 2010, a friendship between people in the UK and Nehemiah Project in Zimbabwe was formalised into a link which became Nehemiah Project Support Trust.
This Trust is one of a number of donors and donor conduits that contribute to the work of the Nehemiah Project and together, finance has been raised (and non-monetary donations too) for a variety of interventions supporting and strengthening people living with HIV/AIDS, Commercial sex workers and Orphaned and vulnerable Children.

Nehemiah Project’s Work:
We are a team that is on a mission to provide Christ`s Hope to communities in Bulawayo and beyond to participate in Community action against HIV and AIDS and mobilize support for people living with HIV and those close to them to meet their physical, emotional , mental, spiritual and social needs.
The Nehemiah Project seeks to play a major part in the creation of a compassionate and caring HIV/AIDS free society in the city of Bulawayo and beyond. The Project works in communities, mobilizing, equipping and enhancing their community response to people who are infected with and/or affected by the pandemic.
